Buyers will forgive an older bathroom as long as it’s clean and in good condition. It’s time to roll up your sleeves and remove any and all traces of soap scum, mould, mildew, dust and dirt build up. Some of the fixes you can work on to sparkle up your bathroom include scrubbing the walls and floors, applying new silicone where needed and using a grout pen to revive the lines between your tiles.

Talk to your agent about what you love most about the house and work with them to showcase these features to your potential buyers.
