If you have natural timber skirting boards, they might do well will a fresh coat of varnish, the same goes for any other timer furniture pieces in your home including outdoor chairs or your dining table.

Go Green
Start growing some veggies! Gardening is not only proven to relieve stress, but it can also help you to live more sustainably. Start with just a few of your favourites vegetables or the herbs you use most in your cooking. This is a great activity to occupy the whole family and can also work to make your backyard look even more inviting.

Whether your switching from cream to white for a crisper look or completely changing the vibe with a darker colour, this is one of the easiest and most budget friendly way to make your kitchen feel revived. You can even look into replacing the door handles for a new look, be it something modern a sleek or a classic Hamptons inspired style.
What else could possibly do with a bit of love? How about that outdoor deck? Start by giving it a good clean, hammer down any nails and then decide if you simply want to revive the existing timber or maybe is could do with a new treatment? Lucky for us it is still warm enough to enjoy relaxing outside so this is a great home improvement task to add to the list.
