Generating leads is the backbone of the Real Estate industry. And between the three of us, we do a daily trawl through websites such as CoreLogic to analyse market data to understand trends and areas to focus on.
Everything we do in our day-to-day transactions can impact generating new leads. Establishing good relationships with clients can result in being recommended to future clients, and here at Team Etchells, we pride ourselves on building this rapport with our Vendors.

Working with our Clients
This is a crucial part of our job as agents, whether it is spending time advising a seller on the correct way to present their home so that it might sell for the best possible price or working closely with a buyer to let them know of any new properties that have come on the market that will meet their requirements.
Buying or selling a property is incredibly involved and can be emotionally taxing. Being at a client’s beck and call to answer some of the more complicated questions regarding buying or selling is vital, so that’s why our door is always open.

Conducting Inspections
We must know everything about the houses we are selling, so inspecting listed properties is also a big part of our day as real estate agents.
