You might think that property buyers switch off over the summer holiday months, choosing to spend time with friends and family; however, experience tells us this is not always the case. 

Serious buyers are motivated, sometimes signing contracts at the 11th hour on Christmas Eve. However, listing after the holidays have already started does come with the risk of missing out on buyers seeing your home because they are away on vacation. 

Chances are you’re straight-up bored of the four walls you have been surrounded by for the last 18 months. Yes, you know how lucky you are. You have a warm and cosy place to live when so many don’t. But a person could live in a castle and still, at this point in a global pandemic, think, “If I have to spend one more day looking at this wallpaper or that kitchen …” 
So, should you stay, or should you go? 

Kitchens have always been considered the heart of the home, but they’ve become so much more over the last 18 months as we’ve all spent more time living, working, cooking, playing, and learning within our homes. Above all else, home is the place where we feel safe, so it’s no surprise that we want to create an environment of our own that we love and are happy to spend time in. 

With this in mind, we have rounded up some of the predicted kitchen trends for 2022 … take a look!
