Lead Generator / Sales Associate

McGrath Sutherland Shire is looking for an energetic, self-motivated person with a friendly demeanour to work alongside one of our top performing Sales Agents in the Sylvania office as a Lead Generator/Sales Associate. Previous Real Estate experience is not essential, but a current Certificate of Registration, your own car and driver’s license will be required.

You will need to possess:

Sales/or telemarketing experience
Confidence in talking to people
Experience working with a database
Fluent spoken English
Excellent customer service skills
Professional telephone manner
Ability to handle call blocks
Willingness to be proactive within the community
Immaculate and professional presentation
The ability to work within a team

Skills & Responsibilities:

Warm & cold prospecting (Outbound cold calling / telemarketing)
Open homes, inspections & buyer call backs
Database management
Letter box drops
Securing marketing appraisals and listing appointments for lead sales agent
Appointment setting for our sales team
Meeting targets
Attending OFI and Auctions on occasions
